1. Data controller

This website (the “BizzUpp” brand) is operated by Simea Media Group Ltd., an EU-registered company (Bulgaria). Contact: phone +359 89 240 0595, email info@bizzupp.org.

2. What data we collect

Quote form data: name, phone number, email address and project description — only when you voluntarily submit them to receive a quote.

Technical data and cookies: with your consent we use Google Ads and Google Analytics to measure visits and advertising performance (IP address, device, approximate location, on-page actions). Without your consent these tools run in a restricted, cookieless mode (Google Consent Mode v2).

3. Why we use it

To contact you and prepare the quote you requested (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR / UK GDPR — steps prior to entering into a contract), and to measure our advertising (Art. 6(1)(a) — your consent). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 2 years after the last contact, unless a contractual relationship arises. Statistical data in Google is retained according to the settings of the respective service (up to 26 months).

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can withdraw your cookie consent at any time by clearing cookies in your browser. To exercise your rights, write to info@bizzupp.org. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — the ICO in the UK (ico.org.uk) or the CPDP in Bulgaria (cpdp.bg).

6. Security

Data is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on secured servers in the EU with restricted access.
